Every love story has a beginning, and Caroline and Jeff’s started with a modern-day blind date, thanks to Hinge, at a lively Mexican restaurant where the food was great but the company was even better. What began as a simple dinner quickly felt like the start of something truly special. From the very first moment, it seemed as if they had known each other forever, amazed by how many connections they shared despite never having met before.

As their relationship blossomed, so did their connection filled with laughter, adventures, and countless memories made along the way. Whether cheering on the Clemson Tigers, traveling together, or enjoying quiet evening walks, they always had the best time side by side.

On Christmas Day, 2024, Jeff asked Caroline’s father, Don, for his blessing and shared his plan to propose on Litchfield Beach, a place close to Caroline’s heart. Don revealed that he and Caroline’s mother, Meg, had gotten engaged on that very same special beach many years ago. At that moment, Jeff knew it was meant to be.

Surrounded by the calming sound of waves and the uncharacteristically strong winds of the beach, Caroline said yes. Jeff arranged for their families to surprise them on the beach to celebrate, followed by a beautiful gathering at Caroline’s favorite restaurant, Bistro 217, marking the start of this exciting new chapter together. The most special day!
